This year, the Sisters and volunteers mixed 2,200 pounds of batter and prepared about 1300 fruitcakes. Their moist, old-world flavor is prized by many. Hand-mixed using premium candied fruits, fresh nuts, and a little brandy, the cakes are glazed, wrapped, and kept in refrigeration until the fall. Then the baking team decorates, seals, and boxes them for shipment and sale. Taste the Sisters’ secret and give thanks for a holiday tradition rich in love and friendship!
Baked with care at the Motherhouse under Sister Donna Marie's guidance, the fruitcakes are available in 2.0-lb and 1.0-lb sizes. The 1.0-lb package is exclusive to the in-person Holiday Boutique, with limited quantities available on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
